From November 18 to 20, 2022, Twisted Tree Nursery joined Culture Shrooms and Myceliumatters at Reggae on the Mountain in Santa Barbara for a one-of-a-kind experience called Mushroom Alley. Held within the festival’s Wellness Village, this three-day event featured mushroom vendors, educators, and a speaker series titled “The Power of Shrooms.” For the first time, Twisted Tree had booth support, allowing for deeper connections, time to explore the festival, and unexpected collaborations—including discovering Noiice Dyes, who later became their merch supplier. This event marked a turning point in both connection and creativity.

The third and largest Fungi Fest of 2022 took place outdoors at Rush Park in Rossmoor CA on September 17th. Co-hosted by Culture Shrooms and Myceliumatters, the event featured a full lineup of speakers and hands-on walkthroughs in the Culture Corner auditorium, plus an expanded vendor village. Highlights included talks on foraging, mycoremediation, cultivation, and microdosing, as well as a mushroom synthesizer demo. Vendors ranged from mushroom wellness brands to functional drinks and cultivation gear, creating a vibrant space of learning, connection, and growth.
